Butts & Guts
This is a fun hour long choreographed, cardio and sculpting workout. Come get your body moving to great music with a focus on your backside and your core! It is a party in the middle of the week!
1-hour class. Tabata is 8 rounds of 8 exercises focusing on core. 30 to 40 second work time with 12 to 15 second recovery. Suitable for all fitness levels.
1-hour cardio based boxing class utilizing great music, a free standing bag and punching mitts. A fun way to work out the day’s frustrations!
Suitable for all fitness levels. You will need wraps, gloves, or mits but you can come to your first class with nothing and try it out!
A total workout, combining all elements of fitness- cardio, muscle conditioning,and balace all while dancing.
